What you bring
- 3+ years applied ML or data science in production settings.
- Strong Python and familiarity with modern ML tooling.
- Ability to define success metrics with product partners.
- Experience taking a model from notebook to production path.
- Clear communication with non-ML teammates.
Nice to have
- Experience with recommendation, churn, or forecasting problems.
- Comfort with LLM evaluation alongside classical ML.
