Lead product for Salon Bills: turn studio problems into clear briefs, ship with engineering and design, and keep the definition of done honest.
Own roadmap, briefs, and the definition of done across booking, checkout, and memberships.
What you will do
- Own roadmap slices across booking, POS, memberships, and recovery surfaces.
- Write briefs with success metrics, failure modes, and clear out-of-scope edges.
- Partner with engineering and design weekly; unblock decisions without theater.
- Run discovery with customers and success; feed insights into the next ship.
- Protect quality: no launch without a keepable outcome and a rollback path.
What you bring
- 3+ years in product management for B2B or consumer-facing software.
- Strong written briefs and comfort facilitating tradeoffs with engineering.
- Evidence of shipping end-to-end features, not only backlog grooming.
- Clear communication with founders, GTM, and support.
- Willingness to learn appointment and beauty workflows quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or operations-heavy products.
- Exposure to India GTM realities and hybrid team rhythms.
