What you will do
- Ship AI features grounded in live product data, not slideware demos.
- Build evals, logging, and kill switches before widening blast radius.
- Work with product on failure modes: what the model must never do.
- Integrate agents into booking help, recovery, and membership cues.
- Document prompts, versions, and privacy boundaries clearly.
What you bring
- 2+ years shipping production software with meaningful AI or LLM features.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and product sense.
- Comfort with evals, prompt iteration, and tool/function calling patterns.
- Ability to partner with platform engineering on data and APIs.
- Respect for privacy and human override by design.
Nice to have
- Experience with retrieval, ranking, or recommendation systems.
- Prior work in ops, support, or messaging products.
